E2A
E2A is a peptide fragment composed of 20 amino acid residues, which can induce self-cleavage of recombinant proteins in cells. After the DNA fragment which encodes E2A is inserted between the coding regions of the two proteins, the peptide chain can be spliced and divided into two independently folded proteins.
